By downloading or using Gen Timer (the “App”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Use of the App

Gen Timer gives you interval timers, stopwatches and AI-assisted timer creation for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App or its AI features (including attempts to use the timer-creation chat for purposes other than creating timers).

Subscriptions

• Gen Timer Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.

AI-generated content

Timer structures and artwork are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. Review a timer before relying on it. AI features depend on third-party services and may be rate-limited or temporarily unavailable.

Health disclaimer

Gen Timer is a timing tool, not medical or fitness advice. Consult a professional before starting an exercise program, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. You use workout timers at your own risk.

Warranty & liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the App or on this page.
